MEET ERICA...

  Since a young age, physical activity has been a cornerstone in my life, igniting a deep passion for fitness. Amidst life’s challenges, fitness became my sanctuary, offering well-being and stability. My journey from teaching group exercise to focusing on women’s health—particularly post-pregnancy and recovery—was shaped by my own surgeries, which underscored the critical importance of rehabilitation. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how vital it is for women to be heard when speaking about their health. This drives my mission to empower women, helping them not only reach their fitness goals but also experience transformative, lasting changes in their health and confidence.
